As a Freelance Digital Transformation Consultant operating under Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), I led two innovative blockchain and AI projects for individual clients:1. Blockchain-Based Sports Betting Platform (3 Months Contract): Designed and developed a blockchain solution for a peer-to-peer sports betting platform. Utilizing Hardhat for testing, I developed smart contracts and a platform-native token on the Ethereum Testnet. I integrated Chainlink oracles to manage on-chain sports events, ensuring real-time data and secure, transparent transactions. Delivered a functional prototype that the client used to advance the project with their team.2. Blockchain and AI-Driven Competition Platform (3 Months Contract): Created a platform where participants purchased tickets to enter an AI-driven image generation contest. Players had limited attempts to produce images similar to a target using diffusion models from Stability AI. The closest match would win the prize pool. I was responsible for the platform architecture and blockchain development using Solidity and Ganache. Additionally, I implemented image comparison algorithms using OpenCV for similarity scoring. Delivered a prototype that validated the concept and demonstrated technical feasibility.In both projects, I leveraged my expertise in blockchain technology, smart contract development, AI, and system architecture to transform innovative ideas into viable prototypes. Due to NDAs, specific details including client names and project previews remain confidential. My role encompassed end-to-end development, enabling clients to further develop and scale their initiatives.

Sina Robotics is a private company founded in 2015 after a decade of research and development in Medical Robotics. The company's primary goal is to design, fabricate, and develop advanced and innovative medical equipment, including surgical robots and advanced medical training simulators.After three months as an Industrial Designer, I was promoted to Design Manager, leading a team of four, including Industrial Designers and Mechanical Engineers. Our goal was to provide new designs to increase the system usability by improving key features like increasing the range of motion in robotic arms, designing a robotic-surgery instrument and a surgical tool detection system, and enhancing ergonomic characteristics in the surgeon console, such as the control handle, and the workstation anthropometrics.* Under my management, the design team solved significant issues reported by the R&D while getting the ISO-13485, IEC-80601, and other ISO/TC 299 and 150 standards, which are crucial certificates for manufacturing medical devices, and robotic systems.* Within a year, we delivered flawless designs and prototypes on a tight schedule to the R&D team so we could close our first international deal successfully and become one of the first countries with robotic telesurgery systems.* I supervised the manufacturing processes of the exterior parts and robotic surgical instruments, leading to an overall 10% cost saving for the whole production and a 30% decrease in fabricating expenses by choosing optimal manufacturing methods.

In the Aped Studio, We have cultivated a unique way of presenting our work. Classical art values include harmony, balance, and a sense of proportion; in our work, we apply these values using different older mediums such as Painting, Music, and Sculpture while incorporating them with New contemporary mediums such as Virtual-Reality, Augmented-Reality, and installation to better tell our stories. We treat our subjects in a non-anecdotal and emotionally neutral manner. We try to escape from trends and rigorous beliefs and be subordinated to the story and the aesthetics.* We successfully applied one of our installations in two international Digital and New Media Festivals, both in our home country Iran (TADAEX Festival, 2018) and another in Poland (Survival 17, 2019).* We also collaborated with some Escape Rooms to design their installations and games with automated missions and puzzles using Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and Kinect.As a team member, I was responsible for technical issues. Giving life to interactive sculptures we designed for our story and installations by making little robots, Giving technological inspiration to the team for alternative solutions in projects, and production planning for the installation and sculptures to be run and maintained abroad.

* In a six mouths project, I was tasked to make prototypes of a Red-Dot awards winner product design, a Gas Stove, as a proof of concept for investors and report the design flaws in efficient manufacturing.* I also worked closely with Head Designers after the project to alternate interaction methods to increase safety and experience quality.

* I worked closely with senior engineers to fix some technical issues for an AI-Enabled Seed Sorting Machine (Model Sampi).* In a six months project, we were tasked to develop new alternatives for the machine maintenance door mechanism to increase its usability.* We also designed a semi-automatic Output Flow Controller to manage multiple outputs(Wastes and Goods) only by one worker.* Due to the previous changes, we also had to redesign the conveyor belt's cover mechanism and exterior.
