Ensure that distributors are aligned on long term strategic goal of the business, have the right distribution team with the right capability and demonstrate strong financial strength across the year. • Manage our Distributors as profit center by adding value to their business through Consultation on Operational, Financial and Organizational Processes to help improve ROI, thus contribute to Lipton Tea Bottom-line with a partnership and process driven approach.• Define and Implement GTM strategy to effectively tap the whitespace potential.• Managing 2 Direct Territory Managers and around 150 Persons indirectly under Distribution Networks.Also responsible for Chakwal Zone Operational Matters.
