Operations Support: Working directly with internal clients to develop new applications from the initial gathering of requirements to the periodic refinement of the application. The OneLink application is an intranet directory search engine that replaced a similar application. OneLink more than tripled the number of users in 6 months from 10% of the Indianapolis site to 35%Process Improvement: Updating and improving group practices. The RRC.WC library of flexible web components significantly reduced boilerplate code and led to a 2x improvement in productivity. Maintainability of an application was also significantly improved.
