At 43 years old, with over 18 years of experience in the design and supervision of building mechanical installations, I have always sought to learn and advance in this field. I started my professional career in this domain at the age of 25 and am currently working full-time in the technical office of the Railway Company.Since 2010, I have been working part-time with the Building Engineering Organization and since 2020 with the Association of Official Experts of Justice in the field of building installations. I have also obtained a master's degree in Industrial Engineering electronically, but due to my great interest in the field of building installations, all my activities, experience, and expertise are concentrated in this area.I have a strong passion for education and learning and have completed numerous courses in various topics including HVAC, plumbing, and air conditioning. Despite the vastness of the building installations field, I have a great ability and interest in learning new areas and always make the most of software and new technologies.For 7 years, I supervised the contract for the maintenance and repair of buildings and electrical and mechanical installations for 40 stations at the Railway Company with 53 technicians. During this period, in addition to gaining technical experience, I also managed human resources. Additionally, I have designed and supervised numerous mechanical installation projects in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors within the Railway Company and the Building Engineering Organization.I am also interested in sports, social activities, and teamwork, and I have been pursuing table tennis professionally. For 4 years, I served as the secretary of the county table tennis board as a volunteer, and we managed to create a significant transformation at the county and provincial levels by establishing a dedicated hall for this sport.I have always been interested in personal development, following extensive studies and training in this area. Currently, I am learning German and English. With the experience and expertise I have gained over these 18 years and my very high motivation, I am seeking job opportunities in developed countries, especially in Europe and Germany, to create a better future for myself, my wife, and my two children through new challenges. I am also ready to initially collaborate remotely and on a trial basis with employers in the building installations sector, and after gaining trust and confidence, to work in-person.
