- Supervise and maintain positive team interaction to provide good quality services with regards to study design, timeliness and sound scientific reports,- Perform business development travels, attend scientific meetings and make scientific presentations in order to enhance external perception of the company and the activity.- Establish adequate indicators, prepare detailed financial reports and work with other management to set productivity and revenue goal and decide on future business developments,- Provide expert advice on cardiovascular and urogenital pharmacology projects to internal and external clients, advise on the feasability assesment of projects,- Develop and validate new models, techniques and methods for new and existing services, - Supervise and train junior executives and trainees.
