Collaborated with studio directors & clients to create concept & schematic designs for clubhouses ranging from 30,000 - 59,000 sq. ft. located in the United States & China. Prepared design presentations & digital models to engage investors & meet with clients. Created community design guidelines & vision books to assist clients in receiving city permits, engaging investors, & assisting in land acquisition.In coordination with studio director designed concepts & schematics for the Hilltop Club in Rancho Mission Viejo, winner of the 2018 gold nugget award for best recreational use facility. The Hilltop Club is Esencia’s signature recreational & community-gathering place; roughly 30,000 sq. ft. the program consists of a fitness center, group exercise room, outdoor exercise patio, locker rooms with showers, swimming pool & spa with poolside cabanas, wading pool, staffed event bar with lounge seating, barbecue/dining area arcade, fire pits, barbecue pavilion, bocce courts, & expansive event lawn with an outdoor barbecue pavilion. In coordination with studio director created design guidelines for a new master planned community to be called Arden in West Palm Beach. Developed by Freehold Communities this master planned community will encompass 2,000 homes which will follow the design aesthetics and restrictions outlined in the community guidelines. Also played a major role in the creation of community guidelines for numerous master planned communities in Rancho mission Viejo.

Primary focus was to develop design & construction documents for numerous award winning projects across the United States & internationally including China, South America, & Saudi Arabia. Project types include Master Planned Communities, Hospitality & Resorts, Residential Housing including Multifamily, Luxury Single Family, Custom Residences, & Golf Course Communities. Managed projects in conceptual design, schematic design & design development in coordination with principals, design team, consultants, & clients. Primary tasks include creating hand drawn conceptual designs, computer generated schematic designs, generating building models/renderings, & developing design review presentation drawings.In coordination with principals played a lead role as project designer for Trellis at Esencia, merit award winner at the 2016 gold nuggets for detached residential project of the year. The plan 3 was also a merit award winner at the 2016 gold nuggets for best single family detached home under 2,000 sq. ft. Played a lead role in the design of Verlaine homes in Rancho Mirage which received a merit award for best single family detached home between 4,000 - 5,000 sq. ft. for its residence 3.Job captain for Villas at Pacific Shores in Huntington Beach, recipient of National Association of Homebuilders best architectural design for an attached home plan for residence 3 in 2012. Retained during companies major organizational change, contributing to Mark Scheurer Architects continued growth during the economic downturn. Created community design guidelines & vision books to assist clients in receiving city permits, engaging investors, & assisting in land acquisition.

Developed design schemes, programming, space planning, & design development under the guidance of senior designers. Created hand rendered, colored presentations of proposed designs used for client presentations.
