انجمن مهندسین و متخصصین پایپینگ ایران (ISPSE) در سال 1391 با هدف تلاش در جهت توسعه و ارتقای علوم و فنون فنی مهندسی با کمک گروه بزرگی از مهندسان و اساتید با سابقه بیش از بیست سال تاسیس شد تا بتواند نیازهای آموزشی صنعتی ایران را که خود یکی از مهم ترین کشورها در صنایع نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی میباشد، تامین کند. هدف مهم ISPSE برگزاری سمینارها و کارگاه های آموزشی، همکاری با شرکت های خصوصی و دولتی به جهت معرفی نیروی آموزش دیده، انجام آموزش های مقدماتی، تکمیلی و حرفه ای برای دانشجویان توسط اساتید خود، بر اساس استانداردهای ملی ایران (ISIRI، IPS، IGS) و استانداردهای بین المللی (ASME، API، ASTM AWS) میباشد. انجمن مهندسین و متخصصین پایپینگ ایران متعلق به هیچ ارگان دولتی و یا خصوصی نبوده و تمام فعالیتهای خود را در راستای آموزش در حوضه نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی متمرکز نموده است.
