Dokmechi laboratory is well-known as one the most important public laboratory center regarding pre-marriage screening tests in Tehran. It is also considered as critical health center to provide confidential HIV Tests and consultation. Another crucial role of Dokmechi health center is seasonal treatment follow up for HIV positive patients specially those who infected through the drug injection which comprises CBC and CD4 T-cells count. My main responsibilities were daily preparation and running the samples through the flow cytometry, device maintenance, and organizing the export results in order to report to the related section.
