Visualization of Query over High Throughput of NGS Data Jan. 2020~Nov.2020• Design and implement a single page front-end genome data (e.g. TCGA, CCLE) display system (D3.js, JavaScript, jQuery, React, HTML, CSS).• Create visualization dashboards to show heat map of nucleotide sequence, design the sliding window mechanism according to RNA fragments and cancer type for helping researchers identify genome data. • Build server side based on Spring Boot, ActiveMQ and MySQL, using minimal perfect hashing functions based query results.

Personalized Collaboration Recommending System • Built a personalized collaboration recommending app using MapReduce based on DBLP data.• Processed the DBLP data, wrote map reduce program to classify author and all his/her collaborators, implemented a recommending algorithm to match authors based on the number of mutual collaborators.• Improved precision of recommendation ordering events based on research area and/or research period.• Deployed a Hadoop cluster on AWS, with one name node and ten data nodes, processed the DBLP data with MapReduce and collected more than 6 GB final recommendation results.E-commerce Web-based Online Store System • Designed and developed an e-commerce web that manages employer and customer information, products inventory, order management, and statistical report• Built interactive and high efficient front end with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery • Server side was built with PHP• Designed and built MySQL database with role-based access control (RBAC) mechanism for user authorization service, order information, and MongoDB database for product information and comments
