Supported Senior Project Manager for whole process management from initial design to final handover within tight schedule of 8 months.2. Established clear procurement strategy plan with Merck procurement team; well managed fast-tracking procurement process of over 10 vendors in 2 months to catch up master schedule. 3. Improved construction performance and outcome by enhancing vendor coordination and pre-identifying construction problems, such as cross-checking ceiling layouts of various disciplines and sample setting-out to avoid installation conflicts and rework.Daimler Shanghai Design Center ProjectThe first design office that Daimler group set up in Shanghai, which is located in Shanghai CBD - the North Bund area. The project size is 320 sqm.1. Assisted construction manager in site management and quality control with over 10 subcontractors 2. Led progress of all government approvals, by self-learning new government system, requirements, setting up detailed action plans and coordinating action owners.FMC Lab Interior Fit-out ProjectFresenius planned to set up 6 new lab rooms in the existing lab building for their multiple function lines, which occupied approx.500 sqm in total.1. Supported Senior Project Manager for whole process management from initial design to final handover.2. Enhanced communication between 6 lab users and designers/consultants to ensure client’s requirements properly recognized and reflected. 3. Involved in design review at pre-construction stage, and established design list to well track changes and design compliance.4. Worked with QS in variation order management; participated in value engineering potentials and price negotiation, achieving VO control within 5% of total budget.

Independently responsible for all administrative document preparation, quality self-check, filing and archive of massive workloads, covering tender documents, contract review, meeting minutes & agenda, weekly project progressive reports, change records and drawings.2. Supported Merck PM and Finance team in cost & payment status entry and maintain of over 15 vendors and 50 purchase orders, able to catch details and guarantee data accuracy.3. Recorded and tracked all project to-do items by developing action list, weekly review with Senior Project Manager and following up to completion timely.
