Matt currently owns and manages AmeriSpec MidSouth, a local home inspection company. He is a licensed home inspector in TN and MS, certified for both chimney and pool inspections and he is a licensed drone pilot. Matt is also a partner in Sherlock Homes, LLC., a builder of vacation homes. A multi-disciplinary leader, Matt is as comfortable in the boardroom, as he is on a film set or a construction site. Beickert’s construction industry roots go back to the early 19th century when his grandfathers installed steeples on churches. Matt’s father, brothers and brothers-in-law have all been involved in residential construction for most of their careers. While Matt worked in construction during his youth, his passions are film and entrepreneurship, which is why Matt co-founded a multimedia company, V2 Media, in 1993. After twenty years of growing V2 Media into one of the largest video and multimedia production companies in the region, Beickert sold his interests and pursued other ventures including film production, acting and real estate.
