In addition to Platform team, my responsibility was expanded to also lead the software engineering teams responsible for the volume/self-serve business and helped the team beating quarterly revenue target by several weeks for the first time. Also led the Devops effort, successfully built the devops team, technology, culture and practices that enabled 200+ engineering teams to ship code to production multiple times everyday safely and reliably.
