Define scope, obtain pricing, purchase and installation of Information Technology, including data, voice, video, wireless and security systems (cameras, recording equipment), cabling infrastructures (inside and outside plant), hardware, services, and support. Managed over 300 projects in excess of $30 Million for Wire and Cable Services and over 300 projects in excess of $100 Million for Connections. Spearhead bid process to interface with project team, partners and subcontractors, as well as, client users and management for sites around the United States. Instrumental in building relations with partners and clients to achieve successful contracts, task orders and recurring business.Lead numerous telecommunications infrastructure projects of extremely complex natures. Collaborate with Operations Manager in a matrix, team environment to assemble/schedule project teams, identify appropriate internal/external resources, develop and execute project plans and oversee scheduled work being completed. Develop accurate installation schedules and work plans, and efficiently track them.
