I led a global consulting group engaged in the delivery of complex initiatives, corporate development, business integration, and diagnostic reviews.I was responsible for the identification, planning, scoping, and execution of consulting engagements. I worked extensively across Consumer & Business Banking, Treasury Services, Worldwide Securities Services, and the Investment Bank. I partnered with senior line of business leadership in assessing strategy and enablement opportunities.Selected Achievements: I developed a global operating model to improve client on-boarding for 3 complex collateral management products (derivatives, securities and cash collateral). Business experienced direct revenue benefit of 10% over baseline, significant reduction in on-boarding friction, and improved client satisfaction.I created a supply chain optimization strategy to increase the profitability of banking centers, ATMs, and vaults. I managed process & policy changes, technology enhancements, and 50+ resources to support the transformation. This resulted in ~$30M direct cost removal.

I was responsible for dissecting businesses and understanding them deeply. I developed hypotheses, performed analysis to qualify findings, and overlaid competitive intelligence, external dependencies and industry trends to enhance perspective. Selected achievements include:Design and implementation of a shared service model for a liquidity and cash management group resulting in 25% annualized expense reduction.Post-merger stabilization and operational integration across consumer banking for several customer-facing functions resulting in backlog reduction, improvement in productivity and reduction in processing lead times.
