Technical Support Engineer
CurrentKey Responsibilities:- Managing and resolving incidents, service requests, and complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.- Delivering high-quality 24/7 support services in alignment with the agreed-upon schedule.- Collaborating with clients through regular meetings to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.- Collecting, analyzing, and preparing data for incident resolution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal guidelines.- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including solution records, knowledge base articles, training materials, user guides, and workarounds.- Supporting deployment activities, including preparation for application go-live and ensuring smooth transitions.
