20+ years of extensive experience leading performing arts and media projects. I'm a National School of Drama graduate with strong entrepreneurial & creative acumen. Major interest and strength lie in developing new concepts. Proven expertise in scripting, storytelling, direction, video production, project management, & budgeting.Born and raised in Delhi, I began my acting career in 1996 and have since performed in over 60 major productions. My roles include August: Osage County, Boiled Beans on Toast, Prometheus Bound, and several Shakespearean plays like A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Much Ado About Nothing. I’ve collaborated with directors such as Stephan Shuck, Rob Clair, Peter James, and Naseeruddin Shah.For the past 12+ years, I’ve expanded into writing, directing, and producing through Collective Madness Studios. I’ve adapted over 8 scripts and developed 15+ projects in genres like musical, drama, and comedy. Recently, I wrote and directed Jump, a black comedy about mental health, commissioned by the Serendipity Arts Festival. As a producer, I’ve planned and executed 250+ performances and participated in major theatre festivals across India.In 2002, I moved to Mumbai and transitioned into film. I’ve acted in projects such as Yodha, Ajeeb Daastaans, Bob Biswas, Gunjan Saxena, Dhadak, and Halla Bol. Since 2007, I’ve also worked as a corporate trainer, delivering programmes for companies like Goldman Sachs, Apple, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, UBS, Microsoft, and Barclays, with global experience in cities like Dubai, Japan, Hong Kong, and New York.In 2018, I have written and co-directed "Shireen Shah" for Zee5, leading me to explore film further. I recently co-produced the short film 1924 and am working on screenplays for several other short films and a feature film based on Jump.In 2021, I co-founded Ekalavya Art with the Drama Schools Mumbai Foundation, an e-learning platform for high-quality acting training. Driven by a passion for design and technology, I’ve self-trained as a web designer, creating over 25 live websites, and my adventurous side led me to become a certified professional mountaineer through the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering in 2022.I’m busy living life, creating art, and telling stories!
