•Manage and Provide complete Engineering & Technical support for issues and repairs of geared, gearless and escalator machines. • Troubleshoot problems over the phone with clients PAN India. • Managing Jobsite visits to be done all over India to fix the issue of SES geared and gearless. elevator & escalator machine and components.•Inspect & Test the Machines as per ISO 18738 ,ISO18738-2• Manage the customers complaints to make sure the existing or previous issues are resolved.• Work On Mordenisation and complete elevator kit solution globally.• Develop new leads and provide quote to customers. • Work on development projects to localize components. • Assist in development of new products to suit the market needs. • Liaison with factory for any issues related to warranty and components defects. • Preparing & inspecting defective machines and components. • Maintaining reports related to complaints, defective machines, encoder, warranty, and spares stock and other reports as required by management.• Provide training to field Engineers regularly on electrical and mechanical development.• Conducting and providing training pan India to distributors ,end user customer on product usage , maintenance,safety evacuation.

 Operations & Manufacturing:-Geared & Gearless Elevator Traction Machine• Testing: - Testing of Induction Motor, Permanent Magnet synchronous Motor, Gear Boxes, Brakes. Performing, Insulation, High Voltage, Load, Locked Rotor, Cold, Heat Run, Duty Test of Induction and PMSM Motors. Analyzing the test report, analyzing the velocity, displacement, efficiency, power factor, vibration, jerk, oscillation & noise level of machine as per standards .Maintaining & Recording the machine's each & and every technical details as per SAP• Manufacturing: - Planning and coordinates the manufacturing of components & assign the machining Job Work activities of CNC Lath, Lathe, Milling, Fabrication and inspecting the job work by our self to verify the standard.• Assembly: - Assembly of geared & gearless elevator traction machine, brakes, induction motor, and inspecting the assembly work by our self to verify the standard, planning & assigning the job work to each individual in an efficient way to maximize the components quality and its accuracy. While maintain all parameters like axial play, backlash, assembly tolerances, fitment tolerances, concentricity of assembly• Field Service: - Root cause analysis, maintenance of geared elevator machine, brakes, encoders and readjustment if required. Replacement guide of bearing, motors, worm wheel worm shaft ,brake adjustment, sheave replacement, rubber bush coupling replacement, alignment Inspection overload inspection, starting torque troubleshooting ,speed control troubleshooting. Root cause analysis for noise ,vibration electrical VFD parameters side, improper parameters like, carrier frequency, maximum limit parameters ,speed gain, current gain, acceleration, deceleration ,flux optimization, critical speed, switching frequency mode, energy optimization, PWM Switching , magnetic flux compensation ,high frequency injection ,CLV/PM adjustment and mechanical cabin erection side.
