• Analysis, isolation and troubleshooting of Vodafone Europe Core Network problems.• Configuration of MPLS Layer 3 VPN (L3VPN), MPLS Layer 2 VPN (L2VPN) and VPLS.• Troubleshooting on all major device vendor like, Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel-Lucent etc.• Performing Systematic Health check on Network equipment.• Use of various tools such as WOW Ticketing Portal, IBM Netcool, Weathermap.• End-to-end follow-up and execution of RMA replacements with coordination with Vendors and regional engineers.• Analysis of Performance Report to improve fault rate and repeat rate.
