CurrentWorking with an International Airline organization and responsible to• Coordinate real-time response to technical incidents across various airline systems and platforms.• Implement incident management processes to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and customer service, to resolve incidents effectively.• Prioritize incidents based on severity and impact, ensuring appropriate resources are allocated for resolution.• Communicate incident status updates to stakeholders, including senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.• Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.• Maintain incident management documentation, including incident reports and post-mortem analyses.• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to support incident resolution efforts.• Serve as a subject matter expert on incident management best practices and tools within the airline industry.• Lead incident response exercises and simulations to test and improve incident management capabilities.• Continuously monitor and analyze incident trends to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.• Stay current with industry trends and regulations related to incident management in the airline sector.
