Have represented Konkan Railway Corporation Limited in matters relating to land acquisition for Railways, Arbitration and Works Contracts. Have extensively advised and appeared for Konkan Railway Corporation Limited in the High Court Bombay and in the Supreme Court. Working on Udhampur-Shrinagar-Barramula Rail Link Project for more 2 years. I represent Konkan Railway Corporation in Arbitrations pertaining to Construction Contracts both Open line and the USBRL Project.-Represented Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporation Act in Environmental issues along with Senior Advocate Ms Kiran Bhagalia involved in Road Projects, modification and changes in the Development Plans, interpretation of Development Control Rules, compulsory acquisition of private lands for the Municipal purposes, matters involving tenders and eviction of encroachments from municipal premises. - Represented MMRDA in matters pertaining to infrastructure projects, Regional Development, acquisition of lands, CRZ Regulations, Forest clearances for projects, slum clearance (Mono Rail Project & Metro Rail Project), issues in development of areas like BKC and Wadala, maintenance of roads and infrastructure, allotment of lands, commercial bids for infrastructure development, FSI/TDR issues, SRA Schemes and all projects undertaken by MMRDA, removal of encroachments from public premises and rehabilitation, etc. appeared as Assistant Advocate.-I have handled litigation assisting Senior Advocate Ms Kiran Bhagalia involving Rehabilitation Policy and several PILs challenging the construction of Metro, Environmental matters in Mumbai High Court.-I have handled MRVC litigation along with Senior Advocate Ms Kiran Bhagalia, Legal consultant for the Corporation in matters pertaining to removal of Mangroves.
