Responsible for the daily output of Chinese language media platform helanonline.cn; Media development strategy planning, projects planning, promotion of helanonline as media brand; initiate and develop new ideas; initiate and maintain contacts with partners externally (partners in China as well as in Netherlands and internationally).

Assist Toxic & Agriculture campaign unit head with various project management tasks; Organize various internal meetings and external events; maintain the internal website and provide various information paper, briefing notes as well as background documents; Participate strategy design and work plan; act as the liaison both internally and externally on projects and upon requests; coordinate budget holders on budget management.

Manage all matters relating to the executive support to Programme Direction Unit. Act as first point of contact for internal and external queries/requests to International Programme Director; Co-ordinate, produce and distribute briefing notes, background papers and/or internal and external reports. Monitor the unit budgets within the Directorate throughout the year.
