Current• Responsible for workforce capability, performance culture, talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, policy formulation and administration related activities.• Provide leadership to the HR team and build organizational capability and effectiveness.• Ensure a strong focus on internal and external customer satisfaction through human resources• Build Employee Relations & Employee Welfare programs for overall development. • Support the different leadership teams of various domains and departments in methods for sourcing the right candidates for their departments, calibrating their existing staff within the performance management framework and facilitating quality discussions with their staff.• Provide employee relation framework, including employing, managing, establishing communication channels, benchmarking employment terms and creating better policies.• Supervise the overall staff in terms of Organization development and self-development at various levels (both technical and non-technical) by creating a cohesive employee experience.
