 Prepare consolidated Sales Reports for the all branches on daily basis & purchase reports on monthly basis. Prepare the Inventory costings & the selling prices for each shipments. Encoding sales, purchase, pettycash, bank transactions to the ERP system. Generating statements for the customers & payment follow ups. Reconciliation with the supplier statements & cheques preparation. Preparation of the weekly damage & transfer reports.

 Prepare invoices, reports and financial statements using word processing and spread sheet and presentation software’s. Prepare Trial balance, profit and loss account and Balance sheet (Final account). Bank reconciliation, Supplier and Customer statement reconciliation. Follow up and collection of outstanding receivables as per the credit terms. Maintain details of payments to suppliers for the outstanding with ageing statements. Analysis of transactions with related companies (Eg: Sales, purchases, loan given/taken, other income, etc.). Maintain the documents in an organized manner handle basic correspondence and petty cash. Preparation of credit application Preparing financial reports to senior accountant regarding financial matters. Preparing books of accounts and financial statements up to finalization Handling indoor sales Team leader of the company software Focus 6
