I am currently a Senior Delivery Manager at Atos Syntel, where I manage a large IT portfolio of more than 160 FTEs, across multiple locations and cultures, using agile methodologies and best practices.My core competencies include strategic planning, business and technology stakeholder management, operational risk assessment, service readiness and production service management, talent acquisition, coaching, mentoring, and setting high-performance agile/scrum teams.
