Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure, ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to Organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners. Is also accountable for the following systems: Web server & Active directory, Finance (QuickBooks) server, Applications server, Intranet (with workflow) server and file server. Administer and provision, operations and support, maintenance and research and development to ensure continual innovation.Main Areas of Responsibility1. System Administration and Provisioning Engineering of system administration-related solutions for various project and operational needs Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. Install and configure systems such as Finance (QuickBooks) server, File servers, web server & Active directory, Applications server, Intranet (with Workflow) server. Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures Contribute to and maintain system standards Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.2. Operations and Support  Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Performs Disaster Recovery Operations to ensure business continuity. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. 

Deliver effective and timely ICT technical support to all customers ensuring high user productivity and guaranteeing customer satisfaction, Build end-user ICT skills to ensure optimal and efficient use of all the ICT systems and tools available in Co-operative Bank of South Sudan.Duties & Responsibilities Install, configure, deploy and maintain Personal Productivity Tools such as desk top computers, laptops, and software based productivity tools such as Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), WebEx among others. This also includes undertaking upgrades of existing systems, in line with the Co-operative Bank standards & guidelines. Provide effective and timely technical support to all users in the different branches. logging incoming tickets, troubleshooting and resolving users’ problems, keeping track of the users’ problems and queries, undertaking basic repair of hardware and software systems and escalating tickets to when necessary. Monitor effectiveness and efficiency of Branch network and telecommunication equipment including performance of Internet Connectivity. Provide work around method to resolve connectivity challenges and provide remote support to ISP when needed. Plan, deploy and maintain a well managed and structured end-user ICT skills building programme that ensures optimal and efficient use of all the ICT systems and tools available to the organization. This involves, liaising with customers to determine their ICT training requirements and developing and implementing ICT training plans.  Enforcing security standards ensuring the security of the customer’s ICT equipment and data ensure the standard anti-virus application suite is installed on all client computers, regularly updated and backup of critical user data.
