Co-organized Boulder Startup Week (BSW) 2023, and leading a team of volunteers to plan BSW 2024. My focus includes keeping a handle on the various pieces, running meetings, and doing my best to enable all the wonderful people volunteering their time to make BSW happen!

Owned key areas of the business including operations, finance, hr, team culture & management, cross-functional project management, marketing implementation, event planning - including managing details with internal and external stakeholders. Partnered on strategic planning and forecasting, marketing strategy, all key business decisions, and keeping the team focused and aligned on company goals. Created, documented, and implemented extensive systems and processes across the business; including adapting and changing many systems and processes as the company focus and needs went through various iterations.

Provide bookkeeping services using QuickBooks Online including updating transactions, reconciling, running reports and correcting register errors. Use various related software as needed to keep client's books accurate and up to date. Research discrepancies as needed and follow through to resolution.

I have coached individuals around their job, organizational development, personal goals & development, parenting, and more. I believe an excellent life coach helps a person become an expert on themselves. When a person has a safe environment to speak aloud what she/he truly thinks and feels, while being asked insightful questions within a safe space to process and respond to said questions, that produces an environment poised for genuine growth and lasting change. When a person can identify their own mission, goals and next steps they develop the confidence and motivation to follow through far more effectively than if they were told the same thing by another individual. These skills translate excellently into working with businesses and other organizations where excellent listening and keen observation coupled with insightful questions are key for discerning the current reality and making a plan for moving forward.

Temporary position focused on calling natural product retailers and conducting an annual survey. This required many phone calls daily and persistent follow up. As the impact of covid-19 hit responsibilities shifted including: - calling companies to gather information on current experience - summarizing key insights for internal use - created new short form retailer survey
