Cielo University launched first program on time through collaboration with 8 cross-functional work-streams including instructional design, training & delivery, internal talent acquisition, communications, brand, marketing, infrastructure & rewards and senior business leaders. Successfully graduated 28 of 30 enrollees in first cohort, matching them to client teams.
