Completing tasks such as requesting purchase orders, completing a buying role within our purchase order system, managing software and user assets within a company based online program and being in charge of equipment asset management. I work alongside two other individuals who share the same roles as me and have learnt to manage my time and work to deadlines with new starters and leavers. Working under pressure is a big part of this role. Since joining IT over a year ago, I have learnt many skills including the using software and portals such as: Infor ERP LN system, AtoS ATF portal, Microsoft Excel (to a slightly higher standard) and also how to do a Zero Touch Instillation build of a Fujistu machine. I look after equipment management, telephony management and IT user administration within this role.
