In order to increase the company's capacity to be able to collaborate with larger partner companies, I started a new role at Rumah Tempeh Indonesia. I believe the company will move towards a better direction and add more production capacity.

Rumah Tempe Indonesia is the center for tempe production innovation in Indonesia. The recipient of the first Indonesian national standard in Indonesia for the tempe category from the national standardization agency. This company sells all the equipment needed for the production of tempeh and tofu, they sell the production equipment to all regions in Indonesia as well as export to several countries in America, Europe, and Asia. Apart from that, this company also produces fresh tempeh and some of its processed products such as nuggets, chips, and cookies. They sell their products in supermarkets as well as export.I received an offer to become an RnD manager at Rumah Tempe Indonesia in August 2019. In the following year, I was appointed general manager. I get a special task to form a strong organization in this company. The company is also working on expanding its product range to become more diverse and expanding export sales overseas. This is an interesting challenge for me to take on. Currently, Rumah Tempe Indonesia is working with several overseas companies to introduce tempeh outside Indonesia. Tempe is now widely known in the world, known as a superfood that has many benefits for the body. At present there is also another important mission, namely how to make tempeh an intangible cultural heritage for UNESCO. Of course this is a very big challenge and cannot be achieved in a short time.

Sea Corp Muda was founded to help SMEs improve their quality and capacity so they can scale up and go global. My background in founding this company was based on personal experience. I feel how difficult it is to build a competitive SME. SMEs have 3 fundamental problems: operational management, marketing and access to capital. On the other hand, I also see a big opportunity for SMEs to be able to sell their product for export abroad. Demand for SMEs products is very large. Therefore, based on my passion for SME businesses, my experience in financing services, and my role as an export facilitator, I hope to help as many SMEs as possible to develop their businesses in a better direction. I hope that this company's establishment can help as many SMEs in Indonesia and Southeast Asia as possible to become agile SMEs and grow into large companies with great benefit value.

Ruangguru offers a learning platform based on the school curriculum through interactive video tutorials by teachers and animations on mobile and computer applications. My passion for education led me to join Ruangguru as an education consultant. I am happy to see this company grow and disrupt the current education system. This company introduced a hybrid system in the world of education which was previously difficult to implement in Indonesia.

The ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia has a great responsibility to resolve the problem of agricultural food prices in Indonesia, especially food which is very dependent on imports. Before being able to achieve self-sufficiency, the Ministry of Agriculture is required to conduct in-depth research and study of what they want to do. I was entrusted as an enumerator in a series of large research by the Ministry of Agriculture, especially in the field that I am currently working on, namely soybeans. In my work with this ministry, I learned many things about data processing and developments in the prices of agricultural products. By assisting this research as an enumerator I hope to be able to help farmers and small and medium business owners.

Bank Mandiri is the largest state-owned enterprise bank in Indonesia. The bank with the biggest assets in Indonesia and the company that has the best cultural values in Indonesia. In this company, I learned a lot about discipline, cultural values, main behavior, excellent service, and I got a lot of new skills from corporate training which is held regularly every year. Bank Mandiri has many branches throughout Indonesia, and for that reason, I had the opportunity to visit some of the most distant branches owned by the company. One thing that I remember while working here was that in 2018 I had the opportunity to go on an official trip with the directors to visit the city of Palu, which at that time had just experienced an earthquake and tsunami. I was active in volunteer activities at Bank Mandiri at the time.While working at Bank Mandiri, I also focused more on developing small and medium businesses by providing small and medium businesses access to capital. I also did my thesis research at Bank Mandiri with a concentration on research providing capital to small and medium enterprises. I learned a lot from this company about organizing a large organization and the impact it can have on small and medium sized businesses.

The company was founded by the collaboration of 3 organizations, namely KOPTI (Indonesian tempeh and tofu producer cooperative), Indonesian tempeh forum, and Mercy Corps. Rumah Tempe Indonesia is under the auspices of the KOPTI Bogor Regency.Rumah Tempe Indonesia is a small and medium enterprise that has a big vision. This company continues to grow in developing product sales and achieving the vision and mission of the company. When I first joined this company in 2012, this company was just starting its business. I helped the company to develop its market to modern markets in Depok and Jakarta. I joined this company while I was continuing my undergraduate studies. During my time joining, I managed to bring Rumah Tempe Indonesia products into the retail market for supermarkets in the Greater Jakarta area. Working at this company was the first time I got to know small and medium businesses. I think that small and medium enterprises have a very good impact on society. Its labor-intensive products make the company recruit a large number of workers from the surrounding community. This is what makes me want to learn more about small and medium businesses.
