-Full responsibility for pre-commissioning and commissioning of whole cells area included assembly the cells.-Achieve productive efficiency and periodic production plans in the framework of guaranteeing the safety of the plant and people.-Responsible for the efficiency of all cells parts and all products (Cl2, H2, NAOH) through the accurate follow-up and the different kinds of samples (ICP, GC, hourly samples) also through the efficiency calculations.

-DCS controller -I have gained good capability in coordinating all plant units and staff. -Within NCIC I have been involved in running the following Plants and Production Units:*Chlorine Production Plant *“Ultra-Pure brine” Plant *Brine and caustic electrolysis of Cl2 and Hydrogen Gas. *Chlorine Liquefaction, Purification, and Filling Unit *Sodium Hypochlorite Production Unit.*50% Caustic Soda Production Unit.*Hydrochloric Acid Unit.*Through my work in Plant Operations, I have had valuable experience and knowledge in dealing with all plant equipment and devices, including troubleshooting such as Pumps, including centrifugal, vertical submerged, slurry and Dosing pumps All types of Heat Exchangers *Ion Exchanger *Candle, Breakout, Anthracite Filters *Pressure gages and Heat Transmitters *Automated and Manual Valves *Brine and caustic soda electrolytic cells *Different types of tanks and pipes

I worked as an operator in all sections of the plant. Additionally, I had 3 months experience as a Lab Chemist looking after the regular hourly sampling from each production unit, being familiar with all lab analysis techniques, such as Titration and pH metering.
