During my time at Gracie Jiu Jitsu Burwood, we were fortunate enough to win the Microbusiness of the Year Award at the Whitehorse Excellence in Business Awards in 2019.Responsibilities include handling new member inquiries, stock sales, communicating with any external consultants along with general administrative tasks and paperwork. In this role, I manage the magazine submissions as well as writing job adverts, writing contracts, managing the Google Drive, sending out mail outs to magazine contributors, managing the magazine's Issuu site. and respond to emails. I have learned to utilize a variety of websites and applications such as MailChimp, Canva, Trello, Grammarly, Issuu as well.

I have dealt with students of a range of abilities and provide them with study support and guidance for subjects which have high failure rates.
