I'm a new graduate with a Bachelor's in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with an emphasis on statistics. With my knowledge in design, statistics, and management, I hope to contribute my skills to an organization that is trying to constantly improve the way we think, live and lead.I was a Co-Manager for Terry Freitas, a student-run organization and cafe, for which I held many responsibilities. I received hands-on experience managing a 27 person team for an entire year, making sure our employees were well equipped to run our cafe, plan events, and deal with daily conflicts properly. Event planning with other student organizations prepared me to organize and execute plans promptly. I hope to transfer the community engagement and leadership skills I gained from this experience to the real world, as it's been something that's changed the way I present my day-to-day strategy.
