- Analyse and profile accounts in the portfolio and selected a short-term selling strategy across all service lines, which results in a plan that identifies high revenue and future potential accounts. - Use account planning and opportunity management skills to engage resources and stakeholders across all opportunities , which results in a healthy pipeline in terms of velocity, quantity, and quality of business.- Plan sales efforts effectively across all service lines, opportunities, and engagements, which results in a revenue plan that is aligned with quotas and that represents the territory plan, services strategy, and sales priorities. - Main accounts: Ministero della Giustizia, Ministero dell’Interno, Ministero dell’Economia e delle Finanze (including CONSIP, SOGEI and Equitalia), Regione Lazio.

- Coordination and management of projects and programs within a set of Public Sector customers.- Responsible of developing new Services opportunities. - Main customers: INAIL, INPDAP, INPS

- Responsible of delivering strategic projects within Main customers of the company, including project accounting, applying company standards and methodology. - Management of third parties involved in the projects.
