Supervising 2 teams of 20 administrative staff members.• Responsible of: tracking crew flight duties, ensuring crew flight time legal limits, accurate recording of crew punctuality, developing and implementing solutions to day to day crewing events, assisting with the development of efficient, cost effective solutions to operational disruptions.• Member of the punctuality committee. Continuous proactive and reactive improvement, managing risks and crises. SMS.• Coordination with multidisciplinary departments (Network, Training, Crew Manager, IT...) for the correct scheduling of the airline's flights.Most outstanding achievements:• No impact on network of incidents related to H24 crews management.
