At MercadoLibre, I led the Seller Experience regional team, focusing on optimizing the logistic network by ensuring accurate package injection. My main objective was to provide sellers with the necessary tools and a seamless logistic experience as well as moderate them to improve buyer experience and engagement.- Team management: Accomplished becoming the product referent within the Seller Experience regional team, collaborating with 3 squads consisting of 15 engineers. Also worked closely with other product teams, sales, operations, UX, CX, user research and machine learning teams. In the product team, I led a person providing guidance, support and training to drive performance improvements.- Strategic vision: develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy. Aligned product initiatives with overall business goals. Define OKRs, scopes and KPIs.- Product management: end-to-end product development lifecycle. Define product requirements, create roadmaps and manage priorities to deliver high-quality products on time. Understand user’s needs and pain points, and translate these insights into product solutions. Executed up to 6 initiatives by quarter, highly impactful and complex. For instance, introduced a new moderation program that yielded an improvement in delay, successfully launched a seller capacity management tool across 5 countries and managed to reduce by half the cross-injection that was causing numerous issues through the implementation of the appropriate track.- Data-driven decision-making: use data and analytics to make informed product decisions and improvements. As the Staff Planner for operations of fulfillment and cross-docking at Mercadolibre in Argentina, I was responsible for devising staff plans with the aim of achieving enhanced productivity.- Collaborated with operations managers and directors to align short and long-term staff plans.- Analysis of productivity focusing on optimizing workforce allocation to meet operational demands effectively. Scaling the workforce significantly and exceeding productivity targets.- Enabler of the implementation of an automated staffing inhouse optimization tool by conducting testing, gathering feedback, and delivering training.

As a TMS (Transportation Management System) Specialist, I had the complete ownership of the tool and website with the goal of maintaining, enhancing, and ensuring accurate transport managing and billing.- Improved accuracy and efficiency in controlling and billing processes by leading the successful implementation of two new versions of the TMS. - Conducted user requirement analysis in logistic projects, created user’s stories, performed thorough analyses of dependences within the Hermes system, tested and executed SQL code.
