Regional Manager – Product & Ancillary Revenue

Jetstar Group offers more than 4200 flights a week to 80+ destinations in 17 countries and territories across the Asia Pacific region with a fleet of more than 120 aircraft.Responsibilities: • Realise sustainable profitability through ancillary performance numbers of products and services• Oversee the end-to-end project management, from the product design, deployment, monetisation, to launch• Provide critical business and invaluable local market insights, and implement key products & policy changes• Utilise my business acumen on the commercial construct, competitive landscape, pricing portfolio, margin management, and supplier agreements to optimise the P&L and budget outcomes• Design regional strategies to grow the revenue and margin, in both long and short-term• Foster tight business relationships with CEO, CFO, internal teams, external partners and key stakeholders• Drive numerous strategic supplier negotiations & RFPs, formulate & execute the alliance strategy, and manage partners to success• Implement digital marketing strategies on websites (with third-party partners), social media channels to drive revenue• Track and monitor the Net Promoter Score (NPS) & customer feedback and advocate improvement with commercial insightsKey Contributions / Career Highlights• Exceeded the business targets in ancillary revenue and margin per pax, turning red to green in management KPIs• Championed strong customer focus by ensuring the consistent end-to-end customer experience throughout the whole journey from online (eCommerce) to offline (operations) at all touch points for all products & services• Successfully spearheaded difficult and canned projects with local and international teams, generating positive ROIs within the first month of the launch• Improved customer spending and satisfaction by reducing the operations’ turnaround time and educating & motivating the cabin crew through campaigns and incentive programmes
