- Providing full range of legal support to the attorneys;- Providing legal counsel to the law firm’s clients; - Legal representation of the clients in court and out-of-court proceedings;- Drafting and reviewing Sale and Purchase Agreements, employment contracts, agency contracts, contracts for professional services;
