Working closely with stakeholders and colleagues on the end-to-end delivery of industry leading events and programmes, which assist the business to achieve strategic goals and build strong client and colleague relationships. Key Responsibilities• Managing all aspects of the end-to-end delivery of client and colleague events including on- site management• Working as the event expert with internal stakeholders to assess their event requirements and deliver appropriate event solutions, influencing and advising on all aspects of the event• Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal clients/colleagues and external suppliers • Venue finding ensuring solutions meet client requirements• Venue and supplier contract negotiation • Management of event budgets• Co-ordination and analysis of post event feedback from internal clients and delegates to ensure return on investment from events and hospitality • Keeping up to date with industry trends, digital developments, new venue openings to ensure events are as up to the minute as possible
