A/P A/R P/R Run service department, did all ordering of materials and equipment. Met with all sales representatives to get prices in line to add them to my list for ordering, did all contracts for new jobs, end of year close out of all books, W2's, 1099's for any subcontractors, answered six phone lines, handled all past due invoices including good to court when necessary.
