My previous experience and expertise as a lawyer and advocate have supported me in my journey to find ways to navigate life's challenges and embrace life's goodness in healthier ways. I was determined to find better strategies for success, happiness and security than I had been using. What was surprising to me is that it starts with the sensations in the body and not whatever story I believe in my mind. That led me to study somatic work which has resulted in surprising revelations and results. I delight in helping people find new resources and strategies for vitality, freedom, expansion and joy rather than using the same old strategies and experiencing the same old anxiety, frustration, unhappiness and exhaustion.
