Manage the development and execution of medium to large, complex, multi-phased projects within the Information Technology Group. Define, organize, and plan project schedules to meet required project timelines; Facilitate/lead estimation of moderately complex projects, developing the project schedules and determining resource needs.

Interfaces with client and internal business teams regarding business problems, issues and opportunities in the context of business requirements throughout the delivery life cycle. Analyzes business information, translates requirements into functional specifications and champions client and/or internal business needs while balancing climate, priorities, capabilities and constraints of client and Acxiom environments.

My responsibilities include oversee development of Enterprise and Client Level Reporting. Work closely with both external and internal business leaders to analyze issue, develop solutions strategies. Plan and Manage multiple projects. Supervise developers, business analysts, quality assurance staff, advise all aspects of their career development, yearly appraisals, compensation, motivate others, negotiate differences and provide feedback. Direct Liaison for external customers approximately 8500 clubs, in reference to reporting and analytics.
