I launched a petition on Change.org called ‘Create Wheelchair Friendly Routes on Google Maps’. After creating a media plan, networking and doing a lot of research, I gained over 300,000 signatures. I came up with the hashtag #StayLoud which started trending on Twitter and Facebook. From this, I learned how to tell my personal story to millions of people and encouraged them to campaign with me. To maximise engagement and spread awareness about accessibility, I created online resources and even did a TEDx talk. Since then, I’ve been featured on the BBC, ITV and Time Out. This experience has given me the tools to communicate to large audiences and market campaigns.Now I deliver workshops and talks on how to petition and campaign for things that need to change in our society. The University of Suffolk, Students' Union is a charity. At the heart of every project I oversaw, my role was to make sure that each student's experience was fulfilling and would provide more opportunities in the future.My main duties were:- Promoting and managing student groups. - Overseeing their media channels and finding networking opportunities. - Advertising and delivering a packed program of events- Responding to student queries and providing training. - Editing content for the website and other promotional materials to engage students. - Offering administrational support- Overseeing a 5 figure budget- Managing a student assistant team and coaches- Writing such as award nominations, bids for funding and regular online updates for studentsMy role was centred heavily around programs including Microsoft, Canva and Adobe and during my time in this role, I completed over 12 LinkedIn skill assessments.

Completed freelance writings gigs and administrational tasks over the course of a year, and received 100% 5 star feedback on all completed projects, (14 in total).I wrote search engine optimised and well researched pieces for a wide range of organisations and platforms. I also assisted my clients with their administrational needs, such as helping to answer emails, write bids, diary management and organise their online sites/systems. My work also sometimes included blog writing, editing fiction/non-fiction, content writing, articles, reviews, press releases and scheduling/posting social media updates. All of which was always delivered on time and edits were accepted within any time frame.I was awarded a rising talent badge by Fiverr's editorial team which displayed for the year I was working.

Starting as a cinema host, I went on ODEON's Heroes course to learn how to represent the cinema and develop my marketing skills. Throughout, I assisted with the commercial development of the Richmond branch, ran seasonal campaigns and delivered new promotional strategies.
