Business Strategy – Provide strategic advice in the development of business plans and financial models relating to current and new business initiatives. Work closely with business owners to fine-tune their vision and provide a framework for achieving their goals. Financial Management – Fill an interim or longer-term management function as Controller/CFO/COO. Provide budgetary guidance, cash flow management, financial analysis and regular reporting to work with business management on key strategic and operational initiatives. Prepare and update regular financial models to assist in decision-making of business owners. Work closely with existing accounting representation, facilitate closing accounting periods, and improve financial reporting.Operations Management - Identify areas of improvement for work flow and operational efficiencies. Work with clients to develop human resource processes with an eye on resource allocation, including development of organizational structure and related documentation. Experience primarily with service businesses in the fields of market research, interactive digital marketing solutions, outsourced marketing staffing, consulting, web site content, leadership development and training, and software development.
