An integral member of the Australian Lubricants Marketing Team, reporting to the Brand & Communications Manager ANZ. My role relied on strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity and excellent organisational abilities with a detail orientation to develop, implement, execute and track projects and events in accordance with the company’s branding and strategy portfolio and corporate values.

Working in unison with the relevant ANZ Retail & Trade Marketing & Brand Managers to assist with developing and implementing innovative marketing programs, including channel and customer activation programs, promotions and event plans to ensure the delivery of key objectives.

Development and execution of key reseller programs with activation of annual incentive trips to drive sales and KPI's in the commercial markets, include budget and key stakeholder management. Assisted with executions of a multitude of marketing campaigns across diverse markets utilising key sponsorship assets including Wallabies ARU and FIFA World Cup to deliver strategic and core business objectives. Manage the creation and implementation of a product assets register for all commercial product images.Successfully manage the coordination and approval of key resellers catalogue activities.

Lead the development and implementation of an annual promotional and event plan to proactively drive the promotional program for the Consumer business to contribute towards all retail sales targets. Providing business direction and analyse promotional options both pre and post promotion to evaluate the performance of the activity against set KPI's and budgets. Leveraging the global relationships by actively participating in sharing ideas within the region and globally and sourcing, evaluating and utilising appropriate ideas from external sources. Working closely with the consumer business sales teams at national and state levels to ensure alignment of business direction and goals.
