Registered and monitored over 100 accounts annually for tax sale, maintaining detailed records. Successfully administered multiple tax sales, ensuring efficient and compliant processes. Maintained a respectable property tax receivables by year-end. Calculate and communicate water bill adjustments in accordance with the City’s high water adjustment policy. Process monthly tax rolling of all water arrears, and ensuring collection of amounts that cannot be tax rolled. Establish an efficient tax rolling process for additional charges, including water arrears, by-law fees, and POA charges.

For my my project at SKYSPACE Green Roofs, I visited the site to analyse current conditionsand took inventory of site as well as conducted measurements. From there I created a suitable list of plants based on current conditions, size, and aesthetics. Using AutoCAD, I produced a useable planting plan for the site.

Conducted consultations with guest to decide on landscaping best suited towards their needs and aesthetic vision. Created plans and drawings for guest to take home with plant lists including suitable plant material. Assisted customers with questions regarding garden care, visited designed sites to ensure installation of project was accurate, and created and revised store floor plans using drafting software.

Was a part of the set up and merchandising team for a new Shoppers Drug Mart location. Ensured all shelves were correctly stocked and labelled. Following the store set up, continued as a cashier and processed sales and refunds.
