Some noteworthy highlights of my career are:- Leading and delivering a significant change management initiative to transition a workforce from one company to another, involving complex HR, IR, legal, governance and operational issues with impacts for multiple internal and external stakeholders. - Designing and delivering a high performance service culture program for a large multinational that led to them receiving an industry award for customer service excellence.- Facilitating a 3 year board performance review program for a statutory authority focused on Board behaviours. Improved the effectiveness of the board at each review, and the Board’s commitment to critical review of its performance was acknowledged by the Minister.- Coaching 100s of senior leaders and leadership teams to improve their leadership capability and the performance of their teams.- Researching and delivering a number of workshops titled, The Neuroscience of Risk to 100s of General Counsel nationally. The workshop explained how our current world of work creates the perfect conditions for the brain failing to detect risk taking behaviour, and how creating more humanistic working environments will help to mitigate against employees engaging in inadvertent risk taking behaviour.
