Belinda Esther Oliver, affectionately called “Bee” or “Queen Bee,” is a visionary administrator and author of “The Prophetic Prayers of the Proverbs 31 Woman” and “The Love Journey Series.” Also, she is the founder of “Teaching Lessons…Defining Moments™.” Her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (June 2014, Magna cum laude) has increased her skillset in coaching, and her ability to see visionary components in people’s lives assists them in changing their life. She loves to help people and realizes that ‘assisting’ is her passion. She has a Master’s in Science in Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership (Nonprofit track, 2019, Summa cum laude) and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling (MFT) from Capella University (March 2022, Summa cum laude). She was inducted into Delta Kappa Pi in September 2020 and received the Delta Kappa Pi Chapter Academic Achievement in April 2021, the President’s List for academic achievement (2020-2021), and the Winter of 2022. In April 2021, she was awarded the New Writers Fellowship from the Family Process Institute (FPI). In October 2021, she was awarded the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Minority Fellowship for the 2021-2022 academic year. As part of this fellowship, she will work with young adults through SAMHSA (The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration), a branch of DHHS (the US Department of Health and Human Services). In February 2024, she became an AAMFT Minority Fellowship Mentor. She is an Associate Therapist in Connecticut and a member of The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). She plans to complete her post-graduate studies in MFT, provide therapeutic alliances and support systems to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), and focus on research to validate her African American nuclear family studies. For those seeking a Christian therapeutic alliance, Belinda is an ordained minister and has been in ministry for over 30 years.
