I honour the vision and commitment of Dr Lowitja O'Donohue, to social justice and equity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. In my current role I support research that is led by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, for the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.I have expertise leading collaborative innovation and learning partnerships, bringing together people from across research, industry, education and community sectors. With a background in bioscience, education and business, I am passionate about addressing the health, social and climate challenges faced by our global community. I have senior management experience in capability development, stakeholder engagement, program management, and digital learning design and I have built positive relationships with people working across research, health, education, agriculture, food and energy sectors. I have developed and implemented business, communications and education strategies, leading successful teams to deliver long-term value. I am an experienced facilitator and apply relational design principles to my work. I value creativity, lifelong learning and mindful listening as key to effective communication and growth.
