- Designing the mentoring strand from its inception to the end point. Manage all planning, developing, delivery and collating all relevant monitoring and evaluation.- Co-ordinate the referral processes for young people into and out of the mentoring programme.- Support with recruitment of any additional members of team (mentors) and to ensure they receive the support and training appropriate to the role. - mentor a number of young people directly and design resources and ideas for sharing with other mentors.- Support fundraising opportunities to develop mentoring including writing funding applications, sponsorship opportunities and income generation activities.- Create a network of providers / suppliers of relevant training, workshops and employment opportunities for the young people receiving mentoring.- Ensure you provide real time and accurate information that can be included on InUnity’s website.
