Drive synergies for operational functions for our business through a central coordinated approach. Accountability includes:- Management and operations of commercial relationships Australia Post (Bank@Post) for our retail brands, Corporate Wardrobe providers eg Workwear, FX providers eg American Express- Transition from our Westpac Instore and St.George.

- Leading a transformation program across the Group's Westpac and St.George retail branch networks, aimed at simplifying processes for branch staff and customers and reducing the amount of time spent on non-value add activity. - Program successfully delivered FY14 capacity creation target of 225 FTE (>3.5% capacity) across the Westpac and St.George branch.

- Responsibility for ensuring Westpac’s compliance with the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 which regulates how the Group handlles personal customer information. This program extended across the entire Westpac Group, including Westpac, St.George, BankSA, Bank of Melbourne, RAMS, Westpac Institutional Bank and BT Financial Group..

Provide executive support to the Group Executive, Product & Operations, Westpac Group.- The right hand person and strategic advisor to the Group Executive of Product and Operation- Manage annual strategic planning process and key liaison with CEO’s office, Executive Team and Board- Preparation and management of Group Executive’s internal and external.
